We have an old house divided into 3 seperate accommodations. 2 x 2 bedroom apartments & 1 seperate bedsitter out the back of the property in West Hobart. Each accommodation has a foldout bed. They are comfortable & of course best of all save space. We can have visitors anytime with no bother. Sue at Fold Out Beds was & is still great with customer service & information. Very pleased with the DIY Alpha Bed. Sue's service was exemplary. The DIY instructions were clear and much better than most other flatpack offerings, particularly in advising other things to look out for or items that would be installed later in the process. All parts were present with a few additional items for the larger sized bed. Just needed to be patient with each step. I was concerned the springs may be too taught but it ended up very well balanced. A good quality product.

Love going to check out the showroom - Sue is so helpful, and they have some awesome space saving stuff. We're really happy with our Next Bed. Totally worth the money. Easy to use, great design, and sturdy (so much better than the traditional couch fold out). Cabinets are great as well.

We love our fold out bed. Sue, at Fold Out beds is incredibly efficient, and professional. She kept us informed during the entire process and then recommended an experienced builder to install it who was also wonderful. We have friends and family overseas and this bed and desk is a perfect solution to creating an office room when we have no company and a lovely bedroom for when we do.

Furniture stores are everywhere, ranging from economical up to high end luxury. What sets them apart to my mind is customer service. Sue in Hobart deserves a raise. I ordered my table last summer and there was world wide distribution drama. Sue kept me informed about all of it in timely emails. Sue was honest about the problems and apologetic. She sent me the link to track the table from Italy and she arranged for free transport for my table from Hobart up north so I didn’t have to drive 3 1/2 hours down and back by myself. I am finding myself looking at the website to buy more items just so I can have Sue work with me again. Anyone can sell a table. It takes a true salesperson to keep the sale when there is a problem. I am a loyal customer of Fold Out Furniture as long as Sue is employed there.

Really happy with Fold Out Furniture. We purchased a table that converts from a coffee table to a small dining table to a 10 seat dining table. It means that we can use our space with more flexibility than a conventional table. The table is a very high quality and the service exemplary. Space saving furniture just makes sense. It means you can use your limited spaces at home with more practicality, flexibility and utility. Fold out furniture has many options right here in Tasmania, so why not go check them out.

We recently purchased a wall bed from Sue at Fold out Furniture in North Hobart. We are so happy with it, looks amazing, quality is great and so easy to open up, pull down and then fold back away into the cupboard. Sue was amazing and kept us informed all the way through to when it left the warehouse for shipping and following up afterwards to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Such a great space saving area and would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a quality spare bed without having to have it set up permanently.

Sue Moir provided amazing customer service, and guided us to the perfect product. We absolutely love our Alpha bed with desk, and are now even thinking about other options for coffee tables etc. Also the installer Sue recommended did a brilliant job. Sue from Fold Out Furniture has exceptional customer service, and provided updates at all times of the production and delivery process. We are so impressed with the alpha bed (double) with desk + cupboards either side. It has changed our life and given back the use of our spare room! The recommendation of the installer was also exceptional! We cannot wait to go back and get our convertible coffee table! We can not recommend more highly!
